Complete renovation and modernisation of dilapidated house in France for a British family who had bought the house in order to relocate.
Part of the house’s roof had collapsed, letting in water and causing dry rot and wet rot to take hold.
The house was completely gutted from top to bottom and renovated, with new plumbing and electrics.
We re-organised the interior, turning the old kitchen into a living room, knocking the living room and old kitchen into one, creating an open plan living space.
The original workshop and boiler room was turned into a new kitchen and a new boiler fitted.
